How do I return an item?

At Bullseye Protection, our goal is to ensure your entire satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 30 days of purchase date subject to the following conditions:

Please contact our office via email or phone in order to arrange a RMA (return merchandise authorization). No merchandise should be returned without a valid RMA number.

Merchandise is not returnable to Bullseye Protection after 30 days.

For claims of missing or damaged item(s) we must receive a notification within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise. Pictures of damaged product(s) and/or packaging have to be sent to us via email with the notification claim.

All returned items must be in the same condition they were sent to the customer at the moment of sale, including all packaging material, warranty cards and/or manuals, and all accessories.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to Security Tags, Security Labels, Ink Tags, Pins, Lanyards and Hang Tabs returned, including any product sold as part of Value Packages.

A 35% restocking fee will be applied for all Detection Systems, Deactivators, Detachers, CCTV Video Solutions, People Counters, and Security Mirrors and Kenwood Business Radios returned, including any product sold as part of Value Packages.

All shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer, including free shipping charges from our warehouse to the customer shipping address.

All detachers and installation charges (for those who apply) are not refundable.

All returned merchandise must be shipped with a trackable shipping service and delivery signature required.

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment at the time of purchase. Please allow 5 to 7 days for a credit to appear on your account or 10 businesses days if payment was made by check.

Warranty: 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects. 3 months warranty for pre-owned or refurbished systems. All service provided at our company office. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to our company office. No external service provided.

Bullseye Protection is not responsible for any incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of merchandise bought from us. We are only responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise sold.

All defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same model or an equivalent substitute model.

Free Shipping on Orders over $500 - We offer Free Shipping on orders over $500 on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $500 or more, your order ships FREE!!!. Only select for Shipping Method “Free Shipping Ground” at the checkout page. Free Shipping is only offered to throughout the continental US with the exception of the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, and APO/FPO. We will choose the most convenient shipping method depending on the shipping location and / or product dimensions. This offer cannot be used in combination with any other offer or coupon. Bullseye Protection reserves the right to change or cancel this offer at any time without previous notice.
